Finance and Admin Officer

Your main duties inter alia include:

  • Supervising all Personnel from an administrative stand point.

  • Preparing all documents related to payroll

  • Collating and recording information from the Production Manager and Charts at the farm

  • Handling Purchases  and any adhoc problems in connection with the Poultry

  • Maintain Profit and Loss accounts for the Farm

  • Preparing all accounting documents for the external Accountant

  • Conduct regular inventory checks

 
Production Manager

Your main duties inter alia will include:

  • Supervising and technically coordinating all of the farm’s activities

  • Supervise the workers in the Production Department

  • Coordinate feed production and purchases to the farms

  • Create and maintain regular reports on the performance of Farm

  • Maintain regular logs or journal of incidents at the Poultry

  • Coordinate the Poultry according to the EVAVIVRES operating manual

All other duties as spelt out in your job description

Farm Operator

Your main duties inter alia will include:

  • Feeding the birds

  • Keeping the environment clean

  • Slaughtering and Packaging the birds

  • Acting in strict accordance with the relevant EVAVIVRES Operating manual and PM

Sales Representative

Your main duties inter alia will include:

  • Maintain existing client base

  • Seek new business and contracts for the Company

  • Carry out collections as required by the Company

  • Receive and execute orders

  • Make Deliveries

Security Officer

His main duties inter alia will include:

  • Guarding the premises of the farm at all times

  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the Poultry at all times

  • Controlling all entry and exits from the farm

  • All other duties as required in your job description

 
Logistics/Delivery Personnel

Your main duties inter alia will include:

  • Driving the company vehicles and other duties that involve the delivery, purchases and sales as required by EVAVIVRES Poultry.

  • Any other duties as required by the proprietor on behalf of the Poultry that falls under the normal duties of a Driver.

 

Stores/Inventory Accountant

Your main duties inter alia will include:

  • Acting as store accountant for the feed mill

  • Keeping a record of all feed mill incoming and outgoing

  • Ensuring and evaluating store inventory values regularly

  • All other duties as required in your job description

 

Consultant

Requirements:

  • Poultry experience

  • Agriculture education or veterinary field expertise

 

Feed Operator

Requirements:

  • Technical experience of a feed mill

  • Experience of mixing feed formulaes

  • Good accounting skills
